It's time to place your order for MSU Football Tickets!  The Althletic Ticket Office requires payment in advance for the tickets, so this is what you need to do.

If you can, print the attached spreadsheet and fill it out with the games and quantity of tickets you are interested in.  Include that, a self addressed stamped envelop, and your check made payable to MSU Alumni Club of NE Ohio and mail it to Renee Nowak, 772 Horseshoe Way, Avon Lake, OH 44012.  If you are unable to print the excel file please just include the games and quantity on a separate slip of paper.  Be sure that all of your contact (address, e-mail and phone) information is included with your check.

Tickets for the University of Michigan game and Notre Dame are not available, so please do not include any with this order.

Local Spartan Larry Morton Wins Award

Upon graduation, Morton joined Bob Schmitt Homes Inc. in Berea, Ohio, where he designed a series of houses that were showcased in the magazine “House and Home.” From 1973 to 1981 he worked for Howard Bell Enterprises and was promoted to vice president and worked on increasing energy efficiency in homes. Morton went on to work for Patio Enclosures Inc. until his retirement in 1992. His alumni involvement with MSU started with his membership in the MSU Alumni Club of North East Ohio in 1959. When that group disbanded in the 1960s, Morton started the North East Ohio MSU Alumni Association. He was the president of this group for many years, and he and his wife, Sophia, still attend the local meetings. Morton continued to serve his alma mater, helping found the MSU Building Construction Alumni Association in 1970, and serving as the first president of the group’s board of directors. In 1974, he was awarded the MSU Alumni Association Club Presidents Award in recognition of his service.

Help Us Spread the Word !

Although our club has been more active in some years than others, we've done some interesting things. Highlights include:

- Parties at Cavs games, including receptions with form MSU players now turned pro.
- Winter Holiday Parties and Summer Golf Outings
- Receptions for business school students touring Cleveland firms
- Various Big Ten Events
- College fairs across the area
- Raised money for scholarships for students from NE Ohio at MSU

If you know other alumni or MSU friends in the area, direct them to our site and get them involved in the club.

This comes at a perfect time too!  The MSU Alumni Association is hosting a competition among clubs to recruit new members.  Visit our Membership page for more details.
